My
EXPERIENCE

I have always had a great passion for working FOR and WITH people. What inspires me most is supporting clients in building positive self-esteem, caring for the emotional well-being of individuals and working towards improving their quality of life

When working with clients, I strive to create a relationship based on trust and honesty. During our collaboration, it is important to me to facilitate insight and resolution of reported difficulties and to strive to achieve our jointly agreed goals.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Psychology at the Jagiellonian University and a Psychology exchange program at Leiden University. I Have also completed a specialist 4-year course at Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) with Motivational Dialogue, run by the AMiE - a center accredited by the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy (PACBT/PTTPB).

I gained clinical experience at the State Hospital for the Nervous and Mentally Ill in Rybnik, the Ujastek Medical Center in Krakow, and the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow. At these places, I conducted psychoeducational and therapeutic classes and conducted research.

I run an individual psychotherapy practice with adults online and offline. I work both as a counselor, in the area of life crises and emotional difficulties, and as a cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist. In my work, I use Motivational Dialogue, third wave techniques (ACT, DBT, FAP) and elements of schema therapy.

My work is regularly supervised by certified PACBT/PTTPB supervisors. Additionally, I am constantly deepening my knowledge in the field of psychological assistance by participating in numerous training courses and scientific conferences.

In addition, I am constantly expanding my knowledge in the field of psychological assistance by participating in numerous training courses and scientific conferences.

Choose what
YOU NEED

Wondering which option is most suitable for you? I encourage you to take advantage of a psychological consultation, which involves getting to know each other and gathering detailed psychological interview, which can be a great introduction to psychotherapy.

Discover your resources.
Achieve your goals.

It is worth noting that the therapeutic process looks and proceeds slightly differently for everyone. Depending on individual needs, it can be a commitment that lasts several weeks, months or years. It can also be an ongoing part of your lifestyle that focuses on personal development and emotional well-being throughout your life – it all depends on your needs.

How does a typical process look like?

1. Identifying current problems, cooperatively establishing therapy goals, helping to recognise and name specific thoughts, emotions and behaviours, identifying vicious circles.

2. Working on core beliefs and conditional assumptions, cognitive restructuring and behavioural experiments

3. Work on conceptualisation ( noticing how past events and experiences influence current experiences and perceptions of oneself, others and one's environment), further psychoeducation

4. Summary of all improvements, review of tools, relapse prevention planning and preparing for the end of therapy

Feel real
CHANGES

Marta

During our first conversation, I already felt understood - Nicole immediately immediately offered me the help that I needed at that moment. I feel changes in my thinking and overall improvement in my life. I take small steps but I move forward.

Aleksandra

I see progress, every problem is always broken down into its prime factors, which makes it easier for me to solve it. Thanks to the work we've done, I feel like a better person and I can focus more on my abilities.

Wiktor

The cognitive-behavioural approach helped me open up to topics I had previously avoided. Thanks to our work together, I gained more self-confidence and learned how to deal with relationship difficulties in everyday life.
