If you consent to the delivery of the digital content you have purchased before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right to withdraw from the contract, referred to in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), expires upon delivery of the digital content product to you.

 

Until we deliver the digital content to you, as a consumer or entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason, on the terms described above.

 

If you consent to the performance of the service before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract (for products that are services), you do not have the right to withdraw from the distance contract if we have fully performed the service.

 

In the case of a Product that is a service, the performance of which – at your express request – began before the expiry of the withdrawal period, if you, as a consumer, exercise your right to withdraw from the contract after submitting such a request but before the service has been fully performed, you are obligated to pay for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal. The amount of payment is calculated proportionally to the scope of the services provided, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed in the contract. If the price or remuneration is excessive, the basis for calculating this amount is the market value of the services provided.

 

The provisions contained in this communication concerning the consumer shall apply from 1 January 2021 and for contracts concluded from that date also to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
